Jesus Stories - Worship this July
Jesus loved to tell stories. Not just any stories, but those that had a deeper, spiritual meaning. These stories were about things to which people back then could easily relate. They were common everyday items like a farmer sowing grain or a weedy field of grain. Others were about things that they might dream, like finding a treasure buried in a field or finding a rare pearl in the midst of ordinary ones. We, too, can relate to these stories. But more importantly we can relate to the truths that Jesus taught in these stories. Join us as we look at the stories of Jesus in worship!
July 12 - Matthew 13:1-9, 18-23 – A Sower
July 19 - Matthew 13:24-30, 36-43 - Wheat and Weeds
July 26 - Matthew 13:44-52 - Hidden Treasure
July 4-5 Worship - Humble, Righteous, Having Salvation, based on Zechariah 9:9-13
