Jacob Thompson may not live to see Christmas, so his family is asking strangers to help him celebrate early by sending him homemade Christmas cards. Thompson, 9, was diagnosed three years ago with stage 4 neuroblastoma, a rare type of cancerous tumor that has spread to his head and his hip, says his family. Our 1st and 2nd Grade midweek class responded by creating homemade Christmas cards to send to Jacob. A few of the works of art are shown. Peace's children are showing God's love and are making an impact in the life of someone they have never even met. How great is that! |
